The company consulted Japanese composers of film scores. What Tabata and his six-member team came up with is a high- pitched sound reminiscent of the flying cars in “Blade Runner,” the 1982 film directed by Ridley Scott portraying his dystopian vision of 2019.

I've long thought that it was a matter of time before we could download engine sounds for our cars the way we can download ringtones for our phones.

Desktop Wallpaper: The mixed drinks of Mad Men

Dyna Moe makes desktop wallpapers based on the Mad Men tv series. This one, featuring mixed drinks, is my favorite so far.
