This video gives a nice look at how Furry Puppet Studio made puppets for Go Daddy:
And here's two videos featuring the puppets in action:

A spectacle in miniature, The Cabinet sets the story of the murderous Dr. Caligari and his somnambulist slave Cesare in an off-kilter world of puppetry and intricate machinery. Inspired by the 1919 German Expressionist silent film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, The Cabinet creates a wild, abstracted "cabinet of curiosities" in which five puppeteers manipulate and maneuver the characters and objects much as Caligari controls Cesare's plight. Here are my favorites from the approximately 100 images of the show:

The “stage” is a giant, off-kilter dresser with various drawers and doors that open to reveal a disorienting, Piranesi-like world of black-and white. The arms of the puppeteers (who at times hang upside down on unseen scaffolding) manipulate a vast array of richly expressive puppets and “objects” that include everything from elaborate pop-up books to scissors and daggers that snip and stab as necessary, leaving only red ribbons of blood behind.Via.
