Lion Creature sculpture (from Black and White)

Richard's comments are fascinating:

Just a few days before Christmas 2007, Peter Molyneux the boss of Lionhead Studios, gave me a call for a last minute Christmas present idea. He wanted me to make a 3D prop 'Gravity Gun' (as featured in the Half-life series of computer games) to give to one of his children!

I didn't have long to make it and it had to be lightweight, durable and with no sharp edges or easily breakable parts. I used plastic tubing, plastazote and thin plastic. I also used orange cellophane to mimic the gun's 'energy.'

2. In various street corners in Brazil, street kids hang out, juggle balls, and then ask drivers for money. So for one weird ad campaign, kids were hired to stake out the same street corners, juggle, approach motorists as if to ask for money, and instead hand over tennis balls that said (in Portuguese), "Tennis can get a lot of kids out of the streets." I'm not familiar with Melty Blood, but I assume this is some sort of giant vampire-hunting stakegun. "Melty Blood Re.Act 1/7 Scale Pre-Painted PVC Figure: Ciel (Clerical Garment Version)" is $100 at Play-Asia.
