Save the date card and invitation to the wedding of Kevin Dart and Elizabeth Ito at the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles. There's a really adorable photo of the two of them here. (And Kevin has lots of great art on sale here.)
Kevin Dart's Yuki 7 turned into a paper toy by Marshall Alexander. Download it, along with Marshall's other terrific papercraft creations like Tron and a chestburster, here.
In addition to the new line of No Doubt clothing items and accessories available at the merch booths on the upcoming tour, each show will also feature a limited edition commemorative poster of the tour date.
This first poster is by Kevin Dart, who was assigned the task of portraying the band "in a 60's suspense-movie poster based on the song Spiderwebs."
I'm not sure who created this second poster, but it's clearly based on A Clockwork Orange.
Here's the No Doubt webstore, but I didn't see new posters on sale. You can buy No Doubt posters at eBay.
Professional bowler Jason Belmonte uses both hands to bowl. "The ball can top 600 revolutions per minute, up to 17% more rotation than the nearest elite one-armed competitor and twice what some other top pros generate." Established bowlers apparently don't like him, opining that he hasn't properly earned his spots in tournaments and will likely burn out out due to injury.

1. Seth Godin offers enough genius ideas for an improved version of the Kindle that I'd consider buying one.
2. Professors of the Humanities are freaking out that people are finally realizing a bachelor of arts degree is worthless. Please let the college system be transformed in the next decade before I have to waste an absurd amount of money so my boys can sleep in for four years.
Faux pulp book cover featuring Kevin Dart's Yuki 7. The painting is by Don Shank and will be included in a new book called "Seductive Espionage: The World of Yuki 7." Go here for a high-res version of the painting, and here and here to see more images from the book. The art from the book will be featured in a show at Gallery Nucleus in July.
