Best fight scene ever (link roundup)

A lofty claim, but this fight scene from Undefeatable just gets better and better and finishes with not one, but two cringeworthy puns. This summary from Wikipedia is pretty funny too:
It was directed by Godfrey Ho, using the pseudonym Godfrey Hall. Undefeatable borrows several plot points from the Sylvester Stallone movie Cobra.

The film features a notable fight scene towards the end approximately three minutes long. This fight is often cited as the worst fight scene ever filmed due to its poor close-up shots, slow movements, bizarre movements and actions, constant shouting, and needless shirt ripping.[1][2] Also cited are strange maneuvers and plot changes – including a towel used to hold an arm and Kristi, with arm in sling, fighting with no apparent handicap or notice of arm.

Sackboy is Judge Dredd (link roundup)

Teaser poster featuring Little Big Planet's Sackboy as Judge Dredd.

And a few more links:

1. Oprah to give Jenny McCarthy, who advocates not giving kids vaccines, her own show. I can't find it at the moment, but someone once put together a list of all of the stupidity Oprah had supported. It was an impressive list. And speaking of Oprah, how does this paragraph end up in an AP article about the colossal screw up that is the KFC free chicken giveaway?
Known for generosity, Winfrey has doled out impressive giveaways for her studio audiences, from books to cars, and her comments or support have caused distinct spikes in the popularity of everything from consumer goods to political candidates. She also has hosted a televised philanthropy competition, "Oprah's Big Give," where contestants help people in need.
Uh, yeah, she was promoting KFC out of generosity.

Nike tae kwon do boots are designed to be as loud as possible

One way to show the judges you've scored good contact in tae kwon do is to make a lot of noise. So Nike used the loudest leather it could find for the new TKV boot. You can read more about designing equipment for the 2008 Olympic games at Fast Company. For example, the challenge in designing javelins is not making something light and aerodynamic; it's designing something light and aerodynamic that won't destroy the athlete throwing it.
